Shoes too tight/ Rubs your Heels?

Put My Foot in Others' Shoes ?
I never wanted to marry the prince in Cinderella fairy tale !

It's a pity if you need to endure the pain resulted from a pair of bad shoes (rubbing heel, shoes being too tight)!

Q: When I try the pair of shoes at the shop before buying, I though the size was fit and the materials was comfy. Why is it not the case after I bought them? The shoes rub my heel while I was shopping!
A: You may not know that our foot swollen because of blood circulation or high temperature. When we walk for a while at streets (especially in Summer), our foot swell. If your pair of shoes was just fit, it may rub your heels or becomes too tight.

Some pregnant mothers would notice that their foot became bigger because of pregnancy and may to change to bigger size shoes after delivery!

Q: What could be done if my shoes rub my heels to bleed or are too small in size?
A: Stretching may help. With the help of a shoes stretcher and shoes stretch spray, the length and width of your shoes could be adjusted.  Don't think you could stretch the shoes with your own foot, it's painful.

Q:  All shoes could be stretched?
A:  Most of the leather shoes could be stretched. However, some shoes are made from materials with low elasticity, like plastic and textile which may not be stretched.

Q:  Can stretching makes my shoes as big as I wished?
A:  Certainly not!  Although leather is elastic but the elasticity is not unlimited. It would not be possible to turn shoes of size 36 to size 38, 39 or even bigger. Therefore you are always advised to buy the size that fits you the best.
